MMP is a media company started in Germany in 1994 and currently operating from the Netherlands. Mentokaryo is the founder of MMP and has been active with the production of international commercial and inhouse documentaries.

Over the last ten years, MMP has concentrated efforts on awarenessraising documentaries with a strong vision on global development and sustainable co-operation (North-South issues), and a special focus on gender issues (women and development). The company produces films projects that explore themes from peace and conflictresolution, migration to human rights to socio-economical cultural.

For the past 27 years writer, director and producer Irena Mentokaryo has been living and working in the Netherlands and Germany. With the current projects, we will focus on human trafficking, (colonial) cultural inheritage, and conflicprevention issues. MMP wants to contribute to the importance of giving more attention to difficult topics that need to be more visible and audible to a large audience.
